About Us
Deryk Yeo & Co. is a member firm of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants ("MIA") and approved company tax agent under Section 153(3) of the Income Tax Act 1967.
Our firm was established in 2019 and we are based in Muar, Johor.

The Team
Deryk Yeo Cheow Wea
Chartered Accountant
Deryk has 10 years of professional experience.
He started his career in auditing with one of the big four accounting firms and later with a middle tier firm.
Throughout his professional career, he has managed and served a portfolio of audit clients in manufacturing, property investment companies, consultancy firm, shared service centre audit, oil & gas, trading, construction, property development, retailing, food industry, autocare, IT consultancy services, petrol station operators, and logistic services.
Deryk had prepared accounts for associatons and submission of annual returns to the Registry of Societies.
Deryk had also managed tax audits and tax investigation for various industries. His roles includes liaising with client and LHDN Officer for discussion of audit findings and settlement of of tax audit.
Deryk was also an approved GST Tax agent and was involved in implementation advisory and compliance advisory during the GST era.
Deryk is currently serving as the Vice Secretary of the Persatuan Keturunan Yang Daerah Muar Dan Ledang, Johor and the Treasurer for the Youth Division.
He is also the committee member of the Youth Division of the Federation of Yang Association Malaysia .
Tan Wee Ping
Chartered Accountant
Wee Ping has 10 years of professional experience.
She started her career in auditing with one of the big four accounting firms. Throughout her professional career, she has managed and served a portfolio of audit clients in manufacturing, trading, retailing, and transportation services.
Wee Ping was involved in corporate restructuring during her tenure with one of the big four accounting firms. She was involved with management for companies under insolvency administration, such as receivership or liquidation.
Her roles includes taking control of client business under administration, disposal of company’s assets and compliance to insolvency administration regulations.
She was also involved in recovery & collections for company under insolvency andministration. She had also conducted meetings with stakeholders, lenders and creditors to brief them on the status of receiveship/liquidation and seek their view on matters affecting receiveship/liquidation of the company.
Wee Ping also had a vast experience in handling personal tax, partnership tax, and company tax.
She also managed tax audits and tax investigation for various industries.
